Aja sighs.
AJA
It was a funeral.
MISS DAVIDS
I’m sorry baby.
PARIS DAVIDS, 18 rushes through the door.
PARIS
Ooh, whatcha cookin’ mom?
MISS DAVIDS
Paris!
She clears her throat
MISS DAVIDS (CONT’D)
(whispering)
Your sister?
PARIS
Shit, today was the funeral wasn’t it?
AJA
Yup. You missed it.
PARIS
Damn it. I’m sorry AJA.
